Ma Yunsheng was born in December 1962. As Party Secretary and Board Chairman of Shandong Chambroad Holding Group Co., Ltd., Ma enjoys the special allowance of the State Council. He served as a deputy to the tenth, eleventh, twelfth, and thirteenth sessions of the People's Congress of Shandong Province.
